Big Blue Bus: Can I purchase Senior/Disabled/Medicare, and Youth passes?

Senior/Disabled/Medicare Passes

In order to enjoy the reduced rates, Big Blue Bus needs to establish your eligibility in person. Please visit Blue: The Transit Store pop-up location at 1334 5th St. in downtown Santa Monica and bring a valid form identification. Valid forms of identification include:

• Senior customers: Valid Driver’s License, DMV ID, Senior TAP card, or passport.
• Disabled customers: Valid LACTOA ID, TAP LACTOA ID, or Medicare card. 

Youth Passes

Thank you for inquiring about our 30-Day Youth Pass. In order to enjoy the reduced rate, Big Blue Bus needs to establish your or your child’s eligibility in person. Please visit Blue: The Transit Store pop-up location at 1334 5th St. in downtown Santa Monica and bring a valid form identification. Valid forms of identification include:

• CA ID (18 and younger)
• K-12 Student TAP card
• Current Student ID
• Proof of school enrollment (i.e. report card, class schedule, letter from school verifying enrollment)
