Token Transit responds fastest to requests submitted online. If you are unable to submit a request online, we also can be reached via email, SMS, and voicemail. It may take significantly longer to receive a response via these methods.

When you send an email, please include your name and the phone number that you've used to create your account. If you do not include this information we may not be able to address your issue.
