Many common issues can be solved with the following troubleshooting steps:
- Check for stable internet connectivity.
- Refresh the app.
- Close the app, wait a minute and re-open the app.
- Confirm you have the latest version of the app from the app store (“App Store” for Apple/iOS phones and “Google Play Store” for Android phones) .
- Log out of the app and log back in.
- Shut down phone and restart phone.
- Delete the app and re-download the app.

If you need to contact Token Transit, you will receive the fastest response by submitting a request using the link below. Token Transit staff work quickly to ensure that your requests are responded to in a timely manner and that your concerns are addressed. The support request form helps us collect all the information we need to access your account and provide help quickly.
If you cannot submit a request via support request form, you can email Token Transit support at help@tokentransit.com. When you send an email, please include your name and the phone number that you've used to create your account. If you do not include this information we may not be able to address your issue.
Alternative Support Channels
Token Transit responds fastest to requests submitted online. If you are unable to submit a request online, we also can be reached via SMS and voicemail at 888-730-4986. It may take significantly longer to receive a response via these methods.
