We updated our Privacy Policy on February 23, 2018. Highlights of the update include:
- We have provided information on the use of new location-based features (available with participating transit agencies), including the use of non-precise and precise location data and on board beacons, to enable a user of our app with a valid digital pass to board a bus without the need to open the app and provide visual verification to the driver;
- We have also provided more information on our use of location-based data generally, including our sharing that data with transit agencies for purposes described in the Privacy Policy; and
- We have also provided more information on your choices regarding the collection and use of precise location based data.
Token Transit's updated Privacy Policy is important for your protection as well as ours. You may continue to use Token Transit for 31 days without accepting the updated Privacy Policy. If you do not accept the new policy by that time, you will no longer be able to use Token Transit. At any time you may request a refund for any unused passes by contacting us.
