What is Fare Capping?
Fare capping limits how much you pay for all your trip in a day, week or month. Once your pass purchases and activations in a day, week or month add up to the value of a higher value pass you will automatically be provided the higher value pass to use for the remaining period of time.
Your transit agency determines whether they support fare capping and which fares are eligible for fare capping.
How can I use fare capping?
You can purchase and activate passes as normal and fare capping will apply automatically when available. In order to receive a refund and/or upgraded pass, you must make sure your pass is no longer valid before activating another pass. Passes that are activated at the same time will not count toward fare capping.
How do refunds work?
Token Transit will attempt to cancel or refund existing charges to return your excess fare purchase as soon as possible. While nearly all fare capped purchases will be immediately reimbursed, there may be situations where Token Transit is required to perform a refund on your card resulting in the refund taking up to 10 business days.

By mistake I activated both of my passes, which I really need one of them for tomorrow, is there anything I can do?
I got a message about my bus pass and it said it was extended and in my wallet but I don't know how to extend it
