For issues with free passes (Kern Health and IEHP), please use the contact information below to contact your pass program.

Kern County Health members can call 1-800-391-2000, dial option 3 for transportation, and request to speak to a supervisor.

Inland Empire Health Plan (IEHP) members can call (855) 673-3195 for support.
