How do I redeem a pass I've received via email?

Riders can receive passes via email that can be redeemed in Token Transit or one of our partner apps.

1. You will receive an email from: orders@mail.tokentransit.com with subject line “Redeem Your Transit Pass.” Check your spam folder if you don't see it.
2. Open the email from your mobile device and select your preferred mobile app for redeeming your transit pass.
3. The link will open the selected app or prompt you to download it.
4. Tap "Redeem" in the app to finish adding the pass to your app.
5. The pass is stored until you're ready to board the vehicle.
6. If you're having trouble, please see the bottom of the email for instructions for entering your unique redemption code in the app.

How do I redeem a Token Transit Redemption Code?

You can redeem a Token Transit Redemption Code in any app that supports redeeming Token Transit Redemption Codes and supports ticketing for the transit agency you are riding with.

In Token Transit, find the "Redeem Code" page under the account menu in the app.
