Accounts may be suspended if we suspect fraudulent activity occurring on your account. The most common reason we suspend an account is due to a chargeback sent to us by your bank or card processor.
Chargebacks are a common sign of fraud. If we receive a chargeback or dispute from your bank or card processor for a pass that you bought, we will suspend your account and refund any passes remaining on your account. These actions are taken to protect you from unauthorized users using and/or buying passes on your account if your phone or account is lost or stolen.
To avoid your account being suspended if you believe that we made an error when charging your card or bank account, please contact us here instead of issuing a chargeback. In many cases, we are able to refund your charge.
All charges to your card or bank account on your statement will begin with “TT*”. If you accidentally requested your bank or card processor to issue a chargeback, please contact us here.
