Purchased passes may be able to be refunded (per the transit provider's policy), as long as the passes have not been activated and used. If a pass has been activated, it cannot be refunded. Passes are not transferable.
There are a series of user confirmations before pass purchase and pass activations in the Token Transit app and our partner apps, alleviating accidental pass uses.
Please reach out to us here to request a refund. This is a much faster and better way to remedy a dispute than filing with a banking institution. If you experience technical issues, please contact us for assistance.
