Purchased passes may be able to be refunded (per the transit provider's policy), as long as the passes have not been activated and used. If a pass has been activated, it cannot be refunded. Passes are not transferable.
You have up to 365 days from the date of purchase to request a refund. Purchases made more than 365 days ago are not eligible for a refund.
There are a series of user confirmations before pass purchase and pass activations in the Token Transit app and our partner apps, alleviating accidental pass uses.
